We meet at the Norcross Cultural Arts & Community Center at 10 College St NW, Norcross, GA. Free parking on-site—no stress, no surprises. Just walk in and we'll take it from there.

Pastor Richard (Rick) Deshields brings more than 32 years of ministry experience grounded in the foundational truths of the Kingdom of God. He served faithfully as Senior Pastor of Kingdom Culture Ministries from March 2016 to October 2024, where his teaching, counseling, and leadership shaped a culture of biblical depth and personal transformation.
As a Bible-based teacher, Christian counselor, and certified Christian life coach, Pastor Rick is committed to equipping believers to live transformed lives and walk out their God-given purpose. He teaches with conviction that every follower of Christ is called to carry forward the ministry of Jesus—not as spectators, but as living expressions of His life and power.
A native of Chicago, Illinois, Pastor Rick was raised in the inner city without a clear understanding of the gospel. During his honorable six-year service in the United States Army, he encountered Christ in a personal way and began a journey of surrender that would shape the rest of his life. In 1991, he gave his life fully to the Lord, and in 1992 he answered the call to ministry under the mentorship of the late Elder Harold C. Hines, pastor of Greater Faith Apostolic Church in Springfield, Tennessee.
Pastor Rick holds a Bachelor of Science in Business from Liberty University (Lynchburg, VA) and was awarded an Honorary Doctor of Divinity (Hon. D.Div.) from the School of the Great Commission Theological Seminary (Columbia, SC) in recognition of his lifelong commitment to biblical teaching, servant leadership, and Kingdom impact.
Throughout his ministry, he has served in leadership roles spanning church growth, youth development, deliverance ministry, pastoral counseling, and community outreach. He carries a deep burden for empowering the next generation, cultivating spiritual maturity, and calling the Body of Christ to live accountable to the authority of Scripture.
He now carries that same conviction into the formation of Kingdom Hub—a church being built on the unchanging truth of Christ, the power of His Kingdom, and a commitment to equipping every believer to walk in purpose, maturity, and mission.
At home, Pastor Rick enjoys reading, walking, and spending time with his family. He resides just outside Atlanta, Georgia, with his wife, Christianne, and their two youngest children—the people who know him first as husband and father before pastor.
Prophetess Christianne (Chris) Deshields is a prophetic teacher, certified Christian life coach, and Kingdom strategist called to carry restoration, hope, and identity to the broken and the chosen. The recipient of an Honorary Doctor of Divinity (Hon. D.Div.) from the School of the Great Commission Theological Seminary in Columbia, South Carolina, she is a credentialed Christian counselor and faith-based leader whose life is a living testimony of God's redemptive power—evidence that divine purpose does not disqualify itself in the presence of pain.
In her early twenties, Chris was delivered from a cycle of drugs, abuse, and homelessness as a single mother. In that season of profound brokenness, she encountered the unconditional love of Christ—and answered His call to minister to others walking through similar valleys.
Through her ministry and coaching practice, Chris teaches Kingdom principles that equip believers to rebuild their lives from the inside out. Her prophetic voice carries both revelation and practical truth—helping women and entrepreneurs discover their identity in Christ, align with divine purpose, and activate what God has already placed within them. As a Christian counselor and certified life coach, she brings structure, compassion, and spiritual insight to every person she serves.
A devoted wife and mother, Chris understands firsthand the weight of building a life that honors both family and calling. That understanding extends into her work as a successful business owner—where Kingdom principles are not just her message, but her model.
Together with her husband, Chris is stepping into a new dimension of pastoral leadership—not to replicate the traditional church model, but to establish a Kingdom launching pad where believers are equipped, activated, and released into both ministry and the marketplace.
Her desire is simple and unwavering: that her ministry be remembered as holy, impactful, and wholly God-centered—a work that placed people at the heart of every assignment and made Christ known through love, structure, and truth.
